Early in 2022 as I entered deep meditation I began to go back into my early years growing up in Australia. Bare foot and connected with nature, feeling energy all around me as I walked through the bush with my friend and mentor Luke. My favourite animal is the shark. It's pure perfection of evolution, it's mystery, and the grace of the shark can teach us to bring this level of elegance and care into each area of one's life. The Shark teaches me to value silence, to be patient, to move with sensitivity.
